Article Landmark study links microplastics to serious health problems

You'd need a control group without microplastics to find out whether they're good or bad. Without a control group all you have is guesswork.

Obvious to me that being human poses a serious health risk.

What killed us before microplastics? Are some naturally occurring? Are microfibres the same thing?
